Hawaii Coastal Property Management, we call ourselves 'HiCoastal' is the Property Management arm of Hawaii Property Advisors—delivering white-glove stewardship of Oʻahu and Big Island rentals across the short-, mid-, and long-term spectrum. Broker-Owner Hal Wilkerson, a Luxury Home and RSPS-designated broker who has guided island investors since 2009, sets the tone with his service-first, results-driven ethos. Keeping every deal on course is Heather Richardson, Director of Operations, whose rapid-fire communication and meticulous transaction management helps keep clients squarely “on top of things.” Finally, Steve Fierros, Director of Maintenance, brings InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector credentials and experience from more than 1,500 inspections—plus an educator’s heart through his “CashFlow Project” podcast—to safeguard each property’s physical and financial health. Additional Team Members include Site Managers that oversee the companies growing portfolio of HOA and AOAO Site and Building Management arm as well as multiple maintenance workers that help ensure our owners properties are kept in top-notch condition.
