An avid golfer, surfer, and Colorado snow skier, Will looks after our Site Management Division, keeping the homes in his care running smoothly. From feral pigs and floods to sidewalk chalk and sinking homes, Will has (nearly) seen it all!

Flory May Reyes
Flory supports Hal as his executive assistant, coordinating correspondence, meetings and projects, and she builds and runs the AI tools and automations behind the team's daily reports and workflows.
Steve safeguards both the physical and the financial health of every property. He brings InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector credentials and experience from more than 1,500 inspections, plus an educators instinct he puts to work on his CashFlow Project podcast.
Jimmy manages HiCoastal's accounting, from owner payments, vendor bills and association invoicing to security-deposit settlements at move-out and month-end reconciliations.

Ria keeps day-to-day leasing and resident administration moving: answering website inquiries, scheduling showings, processing rental applications and lease paperwork, following up on rent, and welcoming new residents.

Responsive, reasonable, respectful. We answer calls, texts and emails through the business day, we keep an after hours line staffed for urgent issues, and we would rather over explain a statement than leave you guessing about your own property.

Continuous Improvement. Every turnover, repair and lease teaches us something. We change how we work when it does.
Accountability. If something goes wrong on our watch, we own it and we fix it. No passing it to a vendor.
Resourcefulness. Hawaii is logistically hard. Fifteen years of local vendor relationships is how we get things done anyway.
